Impact driver wrench


This hand tool is used to unscrew bolts that may have become rusted into place. One end has a 3/8th inch socket stub over which you fit with the appropriate socket head. You place this over the bolt and then use a hammer/mallet to hit the other end of the cylindrical tool while applying a slight twisting force on the the body of the impact wrench. The perpendicular motion of the hammer is translated (via a system of springs and prawls) into a sudden twisting motion at the head of the troublesome bolt. Since static friction decreases so much when the force is applied over a very short duration ---like the time it takes a hammer to smack the end of the impact wrench -- bolts that would otherwise require so much force that they might snap off can be easily removed.

The track grooves in both the inner and outer rings have curvatures that are slightly larger than the radius of the balls. Angular contact ball bearing



Since these bearings have a contact angle, they can sustain significant axial loads in one direction only together with radial loads. Single/Double row cylindrical Roller Bearings



The rollers of single row cylindrical roller bearings with a cage, are guided between integral flanges on one of the bearing rings. The bearing ring with integral flanges and the roller cage assembly, can be removed from the other ring. This assists in assembly, where both rings have tight fits. Various configurations are available. single row cylindrical roller bearings, have high radial load carrying capacity and high limiting speeds.

Ball & Cylindrical Thrust Bearings



Thrust types that are suitable for single directional axial loads in applications such as in gearboxes and power ransmission sytems used in Steel, Flour and Paper mills. Revolvo typically manufacture thrust races from bearing grade and hardened steels. Cage construction is machined brass as standard with steel variants available on request.



Journal bearing



A journal bearing is a simple bearing in which a shaft, or "journal", or crankshaft rotates in the bearing with a layer of oil or grease separating the two parts through fluid dynamic effects. The shaft and bearing are generally both simple polished cylinders with lubricant filling the gap. Rather than the lubricant just "reducing friction" between the surfaces, letting one slide more easily against the other, the lubricant is thick enough that, once rotating, the surfaces do not come in contact at all.


Jet bearing




The specialty of this type of bearing is that its lubricants cant be changed. The manufacturer seals it with required lubricant. It's seal can be of steel seal or rubber seal.


N-U series bearing


The specialty of this types of bearing is that if its inner race is pulled then it will come out and the rollers will remain attached with the inner face of the outer race. This type of bearing is used for special purposes in the industry.

N-J series bearing



In this type of bearing if it's outer race is pulled it will come out and the roller will remain attached on the outer face of the inner race. This type of bearing is also used in special purpose in the industry.
